GPCA Bylaws 7-5.6 Minutes state that "Minutes shall include the date, time, location and list of delegates in attendance, the subject/title, sponsor(s) and presenter(s) of all agenda items heard, the decisions-taken (including whether by consensus or by roll-call vote) and the text of all proposals, including amendments." Presentation: Update on Legal Cases against Proposition 14/SB6 (Coordinating Committee)
Mike Feinstein reported that a decision from the Ninth Circuit Court is anticipated before the end of 2013 and that the Green Party is working with the Libertarian Party and the Peace and Freedom Party to pursue legislation to compensate for the negative affects of Proposition 14 on California's smaller parties.
 
Michael Rubin reposted that Rubin, et. al. vs. Bowen will hopefully be heard starting in February 2014.
 
Discussion/Proposal: GPCA 2014 Election Strategy, including statewide constitutional offices/Resolution on 2014 Elections (Campaigns & Candidates Working Group)
 
Amendment (Warner Bloomberg): That the following be added to the end of the resolution: "To identify party members and other registered voters who will commit in advance to sign and/or circulate nomination papers for these candidates" - accepted by the sponsor.
 
Proposal (Feinstein, Campaigns and Candidates Working Group): That the Resolution on 2014 Elections as amended be adopted.
